Return Policy
Goods purchased from BigBrands.ae can be returned within 7 days under the following terms and conditions.
- Make sure the original packaging, labels and other relevant tags of the purchased goods are kept in custody to avail returns/ refunds.
- Return policy holds good for most items, however, return periods may apply for certain types of items while similarly, certain items can’t be returned unless there is a problem with their quality such as being faulty or not being found as per provided description/ specification.
- If the product being returned is not in a fully re-saleable condition, or the packaging is damaged, or accessories, manuals or bundled items may be missing, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
- Items such as fragrances or skincare products cannot be returned.
- In case of any damages/ defective goods, the same can be returned/refunded.
- Once we receive the returned goods from you, we will run a quality check before the needful refund.
- Any shipping or delivery charges that may have been incurred by the courier company cannot be refunded and BigBrands.ae is not liable for any such refunds.
- Under credit card payment method, amount will be refunded to the charged card only.
Refunds in the form of store credit are available if you are not satisfied with the product. You should avail this within three days after receiving the product. This means that if you place an order and you are not satisfied by the product received, we give you the possibility to return it for free. We will pay the return shipping fees and will issue you credit for the value of the item that you are returning.
